Enara takes its name from the Basque word for ‘swallow’, a fitting companion to the painting’s airy sense of movement.
A luminous turquoise background meets expressive clusters of violet, rose pink and deep plum. Raised, petal-like marks bring texture and depth, while soft washes of colour give the composition a feeling of drifting and unfolding.
Both vibrant and gentle, Enara brings a bright note of colour to a favourite corner, inviting you to pause and discover its smaller details.
